Sorry to hear you struggle like this as well, I know how much it sucks to deal with :(

Ive been trying to slowly work up to taking walks outside again, I think it really helped me back when I was still able to. I live in a perfect neighborhood for walks too, so it feels like wasted potential being too scared to go for it LOL but hopefully I can one day soon! Thank you very much, big hug from America :D
