If I tell you that New Castlereagh is full of fat men I would be lying as it has the highest percentage of healthy people in Northern Ireland and high numbers of pedestrian and cyclist thanks to it's promotion of activity travel with bike lanes and walking paths. It also has very good connections with the Castlereagh line connecting it orbitally to Lisburn in the west and Dundonald in the east as well as the NorthSouth Line proving a direct connection to South Belfast, Belfast's CBD and Glengormley.
