A little after noon today we decided to go to the park an ADHD adventure: Before we leave, she (K) asks me "Can I finally bring home some tadpoles?" Me:"We haven't even set up a tank yet. We bought that tank over a month ago." K:"Can we set up the tank then?" Me: "Sure, but where will we put it?" After deciding the table where our plants are is best, we proceed to go out and buy a new table at a thrift store. Once home, we find a nice place near the TV for the new plant table. Which means moving a small shelf, that housed several pieces of electronics. Once the shelf has been moved, we grab the plants. After pruning, cleaning, adding fertilizer, and sorting the plants we realize the first shelf could fit near the table. If we move the small dog kennels. So we swap the kennels, clean up the blanket that's underneath them, and put the shelf in it's new spot. Which seems like a perfect place to put the router.
okay so heres this one *very* important thing , i need you to listen *very* carefully . i think i found the key to happiness , and its actually . . . CONNECTION LOST
I was going to make a script to pull a qotd from an API and post it to a bit account using the Snapchat AI. But it immediately told me it wasn't familiar with the API for this site. It's a REST API. So it should be useful still.
I just seen a thing where someone said they used Snapchat's AI for coding. Didn't even know it had an Ai but once I found it, it said it can help with code. I might just have to start a silly project where Snapchat helps me vibe code something. I'm going to die if this works.
Working in customer service is dumb. Like, why are you so mad at me when you are the one who doesn't know how your TV works? (I do not support TVs in my job.)

Every time I get to work I wish I was napping. The flipside of that is: I rarely nap. Maybe taken 25 naps in the last decade. I wonder why 'nap' is where my brain retreats to.
Gonna go ahead and disagree. The early FF games? Ninja Gaiden? Super Mario 3? Metroid? All good games for the era. Some still have a great deal of replay value.
Forgot to mention the store before the thrift store! It was a weird discount store of sorts, from which we grabbed some random snacks, bubble machines (for K's nieces), and kitchen utensils. 1.5/?
After untangling the ethernet cables, we relocated the router. Which meant rerunning the ethernet cables. One of which goes to my office, and is now long enough to reroute behind my desk as opposed to over the side to my work PC! With that complete we finish placing the plants, and decide to move some of the electronics back to the shelf they were originally on. During that part, we decided to label the HDMI cables and ambiguous power cables. With that out of the way, came moving the plants. Now that the plants were in position, they were watered, and the soil pierced for aeration. We decided to take a lunch break (it's after 18:30) and head out for food. Once food settles a bit, we decide it's finally time to go to the park. On the way to the park, we stopped by the pet store for aquarium sand and figured since we're there we can grab crickets for the geckos. We return home with the sand, and crickets to feed the hungry boys. It was at this moment we remembered something: We never set up the tank. 2/?
I'm decent at coding, been doing it for years. I just think it would be hilarious to use Snapchat AI of all things. And the AI seems to think it can help. I just need a very unserious project idea.
I haven't used Typescript. I've been mucking about in Python lately. Have a pretty fun Discord bot that has games. I used to code microcontrollers in cpp but that's been a long time. I'll have a look at Typescript and see what it would take to learn it.
