Smoking a joint, waiting for the nurse to refill my hydromorphone pump. Tonight I get a little more since they did a biopsy. I hope Bob, my favorite night nurse, will be there. Hes the only one who wheel me outside at night so I can smoke/ vape, he's an angel. It's the Little thing....
